RECOMMENDED PARKING: 

FOR EARLY BIRDS: Enter LOT 10 on Hill Street (the Broadway entrance will be closed). FOR LATER BIRDS: Lots on both sides of Olive between First and Second Streets will be open. The Music Center and Walt Disney Concert Hall garages will have a limited amount of spaces. Public lots are also available on Spring and Broadway between First and Fifth Streets. Please double check with the parking attendant on lot closing times. FOR LUCKY DUCKS: Street parking can be found in Little Tokyo, Grand Ave, Olive, Hill and surrounding areas.

EVENT INFO: 

Safety checkpoints for event patrons will be located at event entrances on Hill Street and Broadway entrances. Bags will be subject to search. The following will not be permitted: outside alcoholic beverages, weapons, narcotics, glass containers, coolers or open beverages/bottles (including coffee, water, etc.).  Bike parking will be outside directly outside the Broadway event entrance.

HELPFUL HINTS: Please bring all picnic items in bags/totes (no coolers), water/juice in sealed (non-glass) containers, remember cash for vendors and food trucks (some food trucks do accept credit), ATM will be located in event area (additional ATM by Starbucks between Grand and Hill outside event area). Remember U-Locks and cables for bicycle parking on Broadway (no bicycles in event area). Low lawn chairs OK, no spikey tents please. Remember to have your pet on leash at all times (except in the dog park – they can go free!).

STREET CLOSURES will be in affect on Broadway and Spring St. between First and Temple beginning FRI NOV 1 at 6pm.
