Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Wellness Break offer both a yoga series and a Wild Card experience. The outdoor yoga series invites all to restoration and reinvigoration practices intended to be a relief for the body, mind and spirit.
From March to August, park goers are welcome to try something new through the Wild Card series, exploring various exercise modalities to learn something new – from Zumba to Tai Chi and more.
Located on the scenic performance lawn (between Grand Ave and Hill St).

- 🧘Every Wednesday and Friday – Yoga classes for all-levels from 12 p.m. – 12:45 p,.m.
- 🧘No mat! No problem. Yoga mats and shade is provided. We got you covered! 😎
- The classes are free and open to all ages including leashed pets!
