Grand Park is open during regular operating hours (5:30 AM – 10:00 PM). We encourage you to continue to practice safety protocols: wear a mask, wash your hands, and physically distance at a minimum of 6 feet. The current status of amenities until further notice:

  • Dog run: Open
  • Picnic tables: Open
  • Playground: Open
  • Restrooms: Open by Starbucks (off Grand Ave.)
  • Splashpad: Open

Park Rules

  • Grand Park is located in Downtown Los Angeles. Grand Park stretches from The Music Center on the west to City Hall on the east between First and Temple streets. With close proximity to major freeways and major public transportation hubs, Grand Park is an easy and fun destination for all.
  • Parking for Grand Park is available in Lot 10 (weekends only) on N Broadway between First Street and Temple Street. Parking lot address is 145 N. Broadway, Los Angeles with entrances on Broadway and on Hill St. The Lot 10 parking rate is $3.50 per 15 minutes, or $20.00 maximum per day, and $10.00 per day for weekends, evenings and special events.
  • For parking for Grand Park + The Music Center’s 4th of July Block Party, please check event page for the latest details on recommended parking and street closures. This page will be updated on a regular basis. Note that Lot 10 on N Broadway will be closed for this event.
  • TAKING THE METRO is quick and easy with these simple directions: Metro Red or Purple Line to Civic Center/Grand Park Station or the Gold Line to Union Station or Little Tokyo/Arts District Station. Plan your best route using the Trip Planner.
