Grand Park celebrates Spring 2022 with the in-person return of its free, popular outdoor wellness event, Grand Park’s Lunch À La Park Yoga reTREAT. Grand Park’s spacious green lawns and various plants make the “park for everyone” an oasis in the middle of Downtown Los Angeles, providing the perfect ambiance for yogis of all ages and abilities to relax, rejuvenate and re-energize from the daily grind. Angelenos are invited to stop and pause together, with breath work and yoga sequences led by L.A.’s best yogis and the return of some of Grand Park’s favorite instructors. Classes begin on Wednesdays starting April 20, 2022, from noon. -12:45 p.m., and continue Wednesday and Fridays, May through June 2022. Mats will be provided.
