Koreatown Run Club

Michael Pak and Duy Nguyen, founders of the Koreatown Run Club, have sparked a community gathering to offset the after hours eating and drinking. Noted as one the coolest running clubs in the world by Runner’s World, KRC is hosted multiple times a week with hundreds of runners exploring the diversity and landscape of the underrated neighborhood.

Recharge Method (Low Impact)

The Recharge Method begins with a short moving meditation, followed by a full body sculpt. This class is meant for all levels and will focus on moving with intention with full body sculpting moves.

HIIT + Abs

Xavier Quimbo

This class contains an even blend of abdominal and core focused exercises with plyometric drills accessible to all levels. It begins with a 10 minute warm-up that blends into a 30 minute working set, and finishes with a 5 minute cool down.

Who needs a machine when you have your BODY? Test your strength using your bodyweight in this motivating class with Jada Kelly. You’ll find you are stronger than you think!

Vinyasa Yoga Power Flow

Shay Kostabi + Barry Kostabi

With a modern twist. Barry combines elements from different styles of yoga inspired by his travels, his background in athletics and principles from his time studying at the Vedanta Academy in India to create a powerful flow set to an epic musical journey. This designed to help you tap into your inner strength and mental courage. All levels welcome!

Sarah Martz

This low-impact, highly effective workout strengthens and sculpts the entire body with a heavy focus on glutes and abs. Class is programmed to systematically target and challenge each muscle group to the point of friendly fatigue. Class will be taught in levels and is great for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.
