The Recharge Method begins with a short moving meditation, followed by dance cardio sculpt, ending with a dance party. This class is meant for all levels and will leave you sweaty, smiling, and guaranteed you will have a blast!
A fun, full-body interval workout. This class will target your major core muscles (think: glutes, abs, obliques, back and shoulders) while also getting your heart rate up for the perfect strength/cardio mix. Class will be taught in levels and is great for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.
Afrobeat Booty Burn
Move to the beat! This class mixes elements of dance and strength for a fun lower body workout with Jada Kelly.
Core & Lower Body Workout
Let’s challenge your lower body and core with a mix of tempo. For your first block of work, you will slow down your movements and wake up every muscle in your body. For your second block of work, you will speed things up and get your heart rate high. For your third and final block, you will mix up your tempos for some added spice! Let’s work through this progression together team!

Black Men Run’s mission is to encourage health and wellness among African American men by promoting a culture of running/jogging to stay fit resulting in “A Healthy Brotherhood.”
Magic Pelvic Bowl
The pelvis is the body’s central station of energy exchange, so it’s important to balance it with strength and awareness. With sequences that focus on movement from the hip, we’ll cultivate energy while learning to distinguish pelvic movement from hip joint movement. A must for anyone who sits for most of the day.
Electric Athletic Club
Electric Athletic Club brings great people together for runs and workouts across LA. EAC’s training program includes road runs, speed work, circuit training, and cross training sessions at local fitness studios. With the common bond of fitness, we seek to inspire innovation & collaboration in the EAC community with the relationships forged in collective sweat and at our post-workout “No Shower Happy Hour”.
Mobility for Everyone
This class will help create more spaciousness in your body. We will learn the CARS (controlled articular rotations) routine and then train our hips and shoulders for improved range of motion, flexibility and control. This practice will help reduce inflammation in the joints and provide a better understanding of how our body mechanics work overall. Everyone is welcome as the class intensity can be dialed up or down for the individual. Nicole will have your hips and shoulders feeling buttery smooth in no time.
This class will encourage you to honor your body exactly as you are. Propel your practice into a feel good state. Move free, and be you.
“You have to act as if it is possible to radically transform the world. And you have to do it all the time.” These words by Angela Davis inform how I approach my practice of yoga and movement. In this class we will move with radical acceptance, and hopefully radical joy. This is an all levels feel-good yoga flow where we work together as agents of inner (and outer) transformation. Expect to be challenged, and to find deep rest within this practice.
